Return & Refund Policy

Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RenuviaRX (www.renuviarx.com) and its affiliated telehealth and pharmacy partners. Because our products are prescription medications prepared for you personally, some parts of your order are treated differently than ordinary retail goods. This policy explains what can be returned, what is refundable, and how to request a refund.
Telehealth Consultation Fees
The medical consultation included with your order is a professional service provided by a licensed physician. Once a physician has reviewed your health assessment, the consultation service has been rendered and the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel your order before a physician has begun reviewing your assessment, we will refund your payment in full, including the consultation. If a physician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you and does not issue a prescription, you will receive a full refund of any medication charges.
Medication Returns
Prescription medication may be returned for a refund only if it is unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will refund the medication portion of your payment to your original payment method.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Medication that has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Medication not in its original packaging
- Injection supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, sharps containers) once the kit has been opened, for safety and hygiene reasons
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
For safety and regulatory reasons, returned medication is never restocked or resold. Returned items are verified and destroyed in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email support@renuviarx.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Ship the unopened medication back to us. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised (for example, a broken vial or damaged temperature-controlled packaging), or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@renuviarx.com with photos of the packaging and contents. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you. Please do not use medication from a damaged or compromised shipment.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages are replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@renuviarx.com. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect for your next billing cycle; orders already processed or shipped are subject to the return rules above.
