Shipping Coverage
RenuviaRX ships within the United States to the 47 states where our telehealth services are available (we are currently unable to serve Alaska, Mississippi, and New Jersey). Shipping is free on every order. We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing Time
Because every order includes a prescription, processing begins after a licensed physician has reviewed your health assessment and approved your treatment — typically within 24 hours of completing your online visit, and often the same day.
Once approved, your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Orders approved on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is 1 business day. This is the time from physician approval of your prescription to when your package leaves our pharmacy's fulfillment center. Orders approved on weekends or U.S. public holidays leave the fulfillment center on the next business day.
Transit Time
All medication orders ship via overnight express with cold-chain packaging — insulated, temperature-controlled packaging that protects your medication in transit.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both handling and transit. Most patients receive their medication within 2 business days of physician approval — 1 business day of handling plus overnight express delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of your approval, contact support@renuviarx.com.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimates above, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control — including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume. Pharmacy verification steps may also occasionally add processing time. If your order is materially delayed, we will notify you by email. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a free replacement. Because medication ships cold-chain, please refrigerate it promptly on arrival and contact us if the packaging arrives warm or compromised.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to reroute prescription shipments once they are in transit. Orders returned to the pharmacy due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be reshipped after address confirmation; repeated reshipments may incur a reshipping fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at support@renuviarx.com. Damaged or confirmed-lost shipments are replaced free of charge or fully refunded — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
