Dieting harder doesn't quiet hunger. GLP-1 medications do. Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed online and shipped to your door.

  • Licensed physician sets your dose
  • Free shipping, no insurance needed
  • Not charged unless prescribed

GLP-1 is a hormone your gut releases after you eat. It tells your brain you're full, slows how quickly your stomach empties and helps regulate blood sugar. GLP-1 medications mimic it for longer, so hunger and cravings quiet down and smaller portions feel like enough. Semaglutide acts on GLP-1. Tirzepatide acts on GLP-1 and a second hormone, GIP.

Adults carrying extra weight who haven't been able to keep it off with diet and exercise alone. A licensed physician reviews your health history, height and weight to confirm treatment is safe and right for you.

Your compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide vial (with vitamin B6), sterile syringes, alcohol prep pads and step-by-step injection instructions. It ships free, with ongoing access to your care team. You inject once a week, a small subcutaneous shot that takes under a minute.

The science

Hunger isn't a willpower problem. It's hormones.

After you eat, your gut releases hormones that tell your body you've had enough. GLP-1 medications mimic those signals and keep them going for days instead of minutes.

In your brain

Turns down hunger signals and the constant "food noise", so cravings lose their grip.

In your stomach

Slows how quickly your stomach empties, so you feel full sooner and stay full longer.

In your pancreas

Helps release insulin when blood sugar rises, for steadier energy and fewer crashes.

GLP-1 vs. GLP-1 + GIP

GLP-1

Semaglutide: One pathway. Semaglutide mimics GLP-1, the gut's "I'm full" hormone, and keeps the signal going all week instead of fading within minutes.

GLP-1 + GIP

Tirzepatide: Two pathways. Tirzepatide mimics GLP-1 and GIP, a second gut hormone involved in appetite and how your body handles sugar and fat, so it works on two pathways instead of one.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication: it acts on one appetite hormone. Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1 + GIP medication: it acts on two. Semaglutide costs less. Your physician helps you choose the one that fits your health history and goals.

Microdose keeps you on a low, steady weekly dose, for getting lean and staying lean; a lower dose usually means milder side effects. Personalized Dose starts low and steps up gradually as your physician directs, for people with more weight to lose. You choose at the end of your assessment, and your physician confirms the right plan before anything is prescribed.

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed US pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription, and are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your vial contains semaglutide or tirzepatide with vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).

Treatment is for adults carrying extra weight, especially those with weight-related concerns such as high blood pressure or prediabetes. It isn't right for everyone: you shouldn't use it if you're pregnant or planning pregnancy, or have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2. Complete the 5-minute assessment and a licensed physician reviews your full health history before prescribing.

Many people notice a quieter appetite within the first few weeks. Weight loss is gradual: you start on a low dose that your physician adjusts over time, and results depend on your dose, diet, activity and following your plan. Individual results vary.

The most common are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, indigestion and reduced appetite. They're usually mild to moderate and most common right after a dose increase. Starting low and stepping up slowly helps, and your care team is available 24/7 if you have questions.

Once a week, a small subcutaneous injection in the stomach, thigh or upper arm with a fine insulin-style needle. Your kit includes step-by-step instructions, and most people are comfortable after their first dose.
