Short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks as proteins, only smaller. Your body makes thousands of them and uses them as signals: to start repair, to manage energy, to set your sleep rhythm. Therapeutic peptides are modeled on those signals.
Three ways in. Your physician picks the one that fits.
Injection
A tiny subcutaneous injection, just under the skin, with an insulin-style needle. The route most peptide research has used.
BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon
Capsule or tablet
Needle-free and taken by mouth. A fit for peptides aimed at the gut, where they are meant to work.
BPC-157 capsules, KPV
Nasal spray
A fine mist absorbed through the nasal lining. No needles, a few seconds in the morning.
Semax
Why a prescription
Not “for research use only.”
Many peptide sites sell vials labeled “not for human consumption”, with no prescription, no pharmacy standards and nobody to ask. We're doing it the other way around.

The lineup
Seven ways to level up.
Injections, a capsule, a tablet and a nasal spray. Each one prescribed after a physician review.
A licensed provider in the Beluga Health network, available in 47 states, reviews your history and goals, and tells you when a peptide isn't right for you.
A licensed US pharmacy
Every prescription is compounded to order by Strive Pharmacy, a licensed US compounding pharmacy, not a “research chemical” supplier.
Honest about the evidence
We label each peptide's evidence level. Most of the research is preclinical or early human work, and we say so.
Private by design
Your visit runs on a HIPAA-compliant platform, and your health information stays protected.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety or effectiveness. Peptides are prescribed only after a licensed provider decides they are appropriate for you. Most peptide research is preclinical or early human; individual results vary. Competitive athletes: BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c are prohibited under WADA rules. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Questions
Good questions.
Straight answers about what's coming.
What's launching?
Six physician-prescribed peptides in 7 forms: BPC-157 Injection, BPC-157 Capsules, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, KPV and Semax Nasal Spray. Each one is prescribed after an online visit with a licensed physician and compounded by a licensed US pharmacy.
When can I start?
Very soon. We're finishing the last steps before peptide visits open. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment you can start your visit.
How much will it cost?
BPC-157 Injection at $149/month, TB-500 at $149/month and MOTS-c at $199/month. Pricing for BPC-157 Capsules, Epitalon, KPV and Semax Nasal Spray will be shared at launch. Your physician recommends a protocol, and you'll always see your price before you pay.
Injection, capsule, tablet or spray: what's the difference?
Injections go just under the skin with a tiny insulin-style needle, the route most peptide research has used. Capsules and tablets are needle-free and suit peptides aimed at the gut, like BPC-157 capsules and KPV. Semax is a nasal spray absorbed through the nasal lining. Your physician recommends the form that fits your goals.
Are peptides safe and legal?
Our peptides are prescription medications: a licensed physician reviews your health history before prescribing, and a licensed US pharmacy compounds them to order. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA hasn't reviewed them for safety or effectiveness, and most peptide research is preclinical or early human. Your physician will talk you through possible side effects and whether a peptide is appropriate for you.
How is this different from “research use only” peptide sites?
Those vials are labeled not for human use, sold without a prescription and made without pharmacy oversight, so there's no way to know what's inside or how to use it. With RenuviaRX, a licensed physician prescribes, a licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares your medication, and you get clear instructions and a care team to ask.
I compete in a tested sport. Can I use peptides?
BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c are prohibited under World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules, in and out of competition. If you're subject to drug testing, tell your physician before starting any peptide.
