Peptides 101
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks as proteins, just smaller. Your body uses thousands of them as signals; insulin is one. Therapeutic peptides copy or borrow from those natural signals.
Most peptides break down in the stomach, so they're injected just under the skin with a tiny needle. A few are stable or small enough to take by mouth (BPC-157 capsules, KPV tablets) or to absorb through the nose (Semax).
Sites selling peptides "for research use only" aren't pharmacies: no prescription, no physician, no assurance of what's in the vial. Yours are prescribed by a licensed physician and prepared by a licensed US compounding pharmacy.
Questions
Straight answers about peptides, prescriptions and what's coming.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. Many of the peptides used in wellness medicine copy, or are fragments of, signals your body already makes, such as a repair protein or a mitochondrial peptide.
Start with your goal: recovery, metabolic energy, focus, sleep and healthy aging, or gut and skin calm. In your online visit you tell us your goals and health history, and a licensed physician recommends a protocol, or tells you if peptides aren't a good fit.
The peptides we offer are compounded medications, prepared from a prescription by a licensed US pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA hasn't reviewed them for safety or effectiveness. Most of the research on these peptides is preclinical or early human work, and we say so on every product page.
Reported side effects are usually mild, like injection-site redness or headache, but long-term safety in people hasn't been established for most of these peptides. That's why a physician reviews your health first, and why they're not prescribed during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or with active cancer.
Some peptides are often prescribed together, like BPC-157 and TB-500 for recovery. Your physician decides whether a combined protocol is appropriate for you.
BPC-157 injections and TB-500 are $149 a month and MOTS-c is $199 a month; pricing for Epitalon, BPC-157 capsules, KPV and Semax will be announced at launch. Peptides aren't available to order yet: join the waitlist and we'll email you when visits open. Shipping is free.
Peptide injections use a very fine, short insulin needle placed just under the skin, usually on the belly. Most people describe a brief pinch. If you'd rather avoid needles, ask about BPC-157 capsules, KPV tablets or Semax nasal spray.
BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c are prohibited under the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) code. If you're subject to drug testing, tell your physician during your visit.
Pick the peptides you're curious about and leave your email. We'll let you know the moment your visit can start. No payment, no commitment.
